The senior Chilean judge responsible for investigating General Augusto Pinochet has said he will press for the former dictator to be stripped of his immunity from prosecution if he returns home. Meanwhile the polls have closed in Chile's presidential election but the neck and neck battle between the two candidates has been overshadowed by arguments over the impending return of the General.
