Shots of a similar scene with TUC General Secretary George Woodcock: drinking tea with his wife before leaving house and later seen arriving at TUC House in London along with full General Council of the TUC. Members of the Federation of British Industries are introduced, including its director general Sir Norman Kipping and president Sir Peter Runge.
